Adarshabani Teacher Training College is run by the Adarshabani Mission, active in education for over two decades. We train teachers in a calm, green campus near Gazole — committed to character, competence and service.আদর্শবাণী টিচার ট্রেনিং কলেজ পরিচালিত হয় আদর্শবাণী মিশন দ্বারা, যা দুই দশকেরও বেশি সময় ধরে শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে সক্রিয়। আমরা গাজোলের কাছে একটি শান্ত, সবুজ ক্যাম্পাসে শিক্ষক প্রশিক্ষণ দিই — চরিত্র, দক্ষতা ও সেবায় প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
The college believes that education is the master key that dissolves ignorance and builds a just, harmonious society — and that a teacher trained in body, mind and hands carries that light into every classroom. From this conviction grew a teacher-training institution that puts practice, discipline and human values at its centre.কলেজ বিশ্বাস করে, শিক্ষাই সেই মূল চাবিকাঠি যা অজ্ঞতা দূর করে এবং একটি ন্যায়সঙ্গত, সম্প্রীতিময় সমাজ গড়ে — আর দেহ, মন ও হাতে প্রশিক্ষিত শিক্ষক সেই আলো প্রতিটি শ্রেণিকক্ষে বয়ে নিয়ে যান। এই বিশ্বাস থেকেই গড়ে উঠেছে এমন একটি শিক্ষক-প্রশিক্ষণ প্রতিষ্ঠান যা অনুশীলন, শৃঙ্খলা ও মানবিক মূল্যবোধকে কেন্দ্রে রাখে।
Established in 2013 and recognized by the NCTE, the college offers the B.Ed under BSAEU (erstwhile WBUTTEPA) and, since 2017, the D.El.Ed under WBBPE. Both are regular, face-to-face programmes — there is no distance mode.২০১৩ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত ও NCTE স্বীকৃত এই কলেজ WBUTTEPA-র অধীনে বি.এড এবং ২০১৭ সাল থেকে WBBPE-র অধীনে ডি.এল.এড পরিচালনা করে। উভয়ই নিয়মিত, সরাসরি পাঠক্রম — কোনো দূরশিক্ষা নেই।

The Adarshabani Mission has worked in education for over twenty years, running schools and academic programmes across the region. The teacher training college is governed by the Mission together with a managing committee, in line with NCTE, BSAEU and WBBPE requirements.আদর্শবাণী মিশন বিশ-বছরেরও বেশি সময় ধরে শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে কাজ করছে, অঞ্চল জুড়ে বিদ্যালয় ও শিক্ষা কর্মসূচি পরিচালনা করছে। শিক্ষক প্রশিক্ষণ কলেজটি NCTE, WBUTTEPA ও WBBPE-র শর্ত অনুযায়ী মিশন ও একটি পরিচালন কমিটি দ্বারা পরিচালিত।
